Q: How much guarantee is provided by OTK shopfitters?

A: We provide 10 year guarantee on all work carried out by ourselves.

Q: What is 3D conceptualisation?

A: This is where a design brief, verbal or schematic is used as well as specific instructions captured in requirements gathering stage to create a 3D rendering of the desired outcome, using selected colours. This allows customer to gain a good insight into what end result can potentially look like.

Q: How long will the fit out job take?

A: This fully depends upon the requirements and urgency. We work closely with our clients and within agreed timeframes. We are also able to work weekends or out of hours to prevent disruption and allow business continuity.

Q: Do you only do shop fit outs in Birmingham or do you also do fit out work in other UK cities?

A: We work all over the UK, however the majority of our work has been in the West Midlands region.

Q: Can you provide a written quote?

A: Upon request we provide a written quote which is valid for 3 months, furthermore such quote has line breakdown allowing you to see how much certain aspects are going to cost.

Q: What types of shop fit outs does OTK shopfitters specialise in?

A: We do: All retail, Restaurant, Cafes, Take Away, Schools (ICT rooms, Canteens, Home economics rooms), Office, Pharmacy, Dentist, Medical Centres, Bars, Theatres, Jewellery Shops. Any requirements for custom shelving, bespoke interiors etc.

Q: I don’t know too much about fit outs or installing bespoke furniture items, what if I have overlooked something?

A: Our surveyors will work very closely with you to ensure all angles are covered and can confirm back your requirements with a sanity check to provide 100 % satisfaction
